Bill has 30 years of experience in a variety of fields and executive positions. He is affiliated with Management Resource Group as an Executive Coach and Consultant who offers executive clients a third-party, experienced, and objective ear to discuss concerns and ideas. He serves as mentor, leadership consultant, financial consultant, and general troubleshooter.

Bill brings a wealth of expertise to MRG. Among his many and varied positions, he was a general manager of a pager and electronic signaling manufacturing company, a pilot in the U.S. Navy, Chief Financial Officer for the Farm Credit Bank of Wichita, President and Chief Executive Officer of First Federal Savings Bank of Iowa, President and Chief Executive Officer of Plains Spirit Financial, Chairman of the Board of Mercantile Bank – Davenport, and Chief Investment Officer – First National Bank of Lincoln.

Bill holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Nebraska – Lincoln. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst.

An active member of the community, Bill serves or has served on several nonprofit boards and committees, including Trustee of Palmer College, Trustee for the Putnam Museum of Natural History, Director of DavenportOne, Director of River Music Experience, and Director of the Adler Theatre Foundation. He has also served as Chairman of the Board for both the Davenport Chamber of Commerce and the Downtown Davenport Development Corporation.
