MRG Executive Search Process

1.

Interview key hiring managers to understand the position and necessary qualifications

2.

Survey hiring manager or team to ascertain the most important competencies and behavioral attributes necessary for success in the position

3.

Establish a profile of the position listing everything from background information on the organization to benefits and relocation

4.

Strategize with the hiring authority to develop an effective search approach

5.

Advertise position in appropriate channels to increase candidate pool

6.

Directly solicit candidates who are not responding to typical advertising media

7.

Conduct personal interview and administer assessment tools to qualified candidates

Prepare recommendation reports for specific candidates to be presented
