  • New Horizons Program. The concept of retirement is evolving and we offer a strategic service for employers to address this transition with employees. New Horizons – Mapping your Life Options® is a proprietary program available for the mature workforce. This program, delivered by certified coaches over 8 weeks, uses training, assessments and coaching to help employees prepare for this transition by assessing their retirement readiness and then strategically planning for a future aligned with their changing lifestyle to bring renewed fulfillment.
  • Five Dysfunctions of a Team. Based on Patrick Lencioni’s best selling management book, we work with organizations to help bring these principles into action through an interactive workshop
  • Manager as Coach. This program delivers leadership and development strategies and skills relevant to new managers to help them build a management foundation.
  • Mid-Career GPS. Focused on helping individuals assess their career development goals at a critical mid-career juncture.
