Vice President, Digital Banking | American Bank and Trust | Davenport, IA

The Vice President, Digital Banking is responsible for managing the bank's online brand, and developing and leading the bank's digital banking strategy in order to deliver superior end user experiences to existing customers and potential new customers, in concert with the bank's overall business goals. The Vice President, Digital Banking will develop and supervise other members of the digital marketing team, and will work collaboratively with other bank departments including IT, marketing, and operations to enhance the overall client experience. 

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of ten (10) years of experience in Digital, Online Media or E-Commerce.

  • Experience working with and leveraging multiple data sources, preferably in a bank or financial services environment.

  • Experience in program planning, execution, and reporting. Understands e-commerce usage analytics and can recommend improvements to digital programs.

  • Formal background in Predictive Analytics with the ability to collect, transform/manipulate and discover new strategies based on statistics. 

  • Strong skills in strategy, planning, and online marketing.

  • Demonstrated ability to translate brand vision to the online channel.

  • Strong project management skills.

  • Application implementation and support. System conversion experience a plus.

  • Experience in managing and developing staff.

  • Demonstrated experience in creating customers thru e-commerce applications while working with marketing to sell products and services
